Data in Popup Doesn't Update for Live Data

I have live temperature sensor data that I have in AGOL. When I label the feature layer with the 'temp' field on the map, it does update when the map refresh happens. But, when the popup is left open, the temperature does not update in the popup. Any reason why for this?

Pop-ups, when left open, do not automatically refresh - save for the Image element. Images have a refresh interval setting:

Hi Bern. Is there a reason for this? I've run into this issue recently, and it would certainly help if the pop up contents refreshed along with the map layer. If an image in a pop up can be refreshed, why not the data?
