Creating Views

I have created over 3300 views of states and counties but they are divided by two datasets of the same because the py script kept timing out. for example

Feature service 1 has like 28 states and all the counties

Feature service 2 has the rest of the states and counties.

in the views details page is has the info on what service the view is tied to. which below it is created from

the ULS_ALL_Site_Based_by_RSC, Feature layer

Is there a way to get a list of every view and what feature layer they were Created From?
