Bing Maps are Blank in New Map Viewer

Hello,

When I load Bing Maps in the New Map Viewer I receive an error message (Error loading Layer Data) and my map is blank. I can view Bing Maps in Classic and ArcPro with no issues. I'm sure it is something simple that I am overlooking. Thank you for your time.

Are you opening an existing map or adding a bing maps URL?

Opening an existing map and trying to start a new one also. Strange never had a problem until the last couple of weeks. It has to be something I have done but for the life of me, i can't figure it out. Thanks!
