Publish Survey123 via REST API

Hi there,

I am developing an application that deploys new projects comprised of a Survey123, Dashboard and custom Map/Table application.

I would like to enable the user to upload a Survey123 .xlsx file and generate the survey in my deployment application.

Using Fiddler I can see that when creating a survey via S123 Connect a POST request to https://survey123.arcgis.com/api/xls2xform is made.

However my attempts to POST a request to this URL outside of S123 Connect are failing with a 500 status error.

Is it possible to publish a S123 form via the REST API?

If so, any insight on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
