Customize ArcGIS online Groups URLS

Hi all,

I'm not sure whether this is the place to post this. I'm wondering whether it is possible to create custom urls for Arcgis online groups. For instance, I have an url: http://arcg.is/xx11xx, which is randomly generated upon the creation of a group. I would like the url to be http://arcg.is/fluffymarshmallow. Is there any way of doing so? If not, is this something that could be implemented?

When sharing groups within a large project group, I feel it would be convenient to have a logical and recognizable group url.

What are your thoughts?

Hey Callum,

Currently, ArcGIS Online groups are identified in the URL by a unique group ID and as of right now, the URLs cannot be customized. If you'd like to see this implemented in a future release, I recommend posting it in ArcGIS Ideas.
