Adding layers to a map

Greetings, I’m a total beginner (heard about Arcgis from chatGPT lol) im trying to make a map of nyc that has layers of places I want to visit using python. I scraped trip advisor for a few suggestions used a tool to get the coordinates of said places and I’m now trying to see what I can do with Arcgis to add said places into the map and see if I can manage to use python and use the streets to set a path. Any recommendations and/or videos I could use to further learn how to use Arcgis with python would be highly appreciated.
