HELP: Why does the shapefile resolution change in ArcGIs ONLINE?

Please I need help because I am investing too much time in this problem.

When I work in ARCGIS-PRO (desktop) the shapefile visualizes correctly in the map. But when I upload the same shapefile as a compressed ZIP file to ArcGIS Online and then visualizes it in Map Viever the image resolution greatly reduces. Even when I generate the ZIP file with 0% compression factor (only storage), the problem remains.

Can you please give me a hint as to how to solve this problem?

What can I do to maintain the same resolution as in ARCGIS PRO?

I would suggest you publish directly from pro, rather than uploading a shapefile. It looks like it is generalizing for some reason.

Were you ever able to solve this issue? I'm currently experiencing the same issue and trying to troubleshoot to with no luck thus far...
