Trouble Installing ArcGIS

I am currently taking a GIS course and while buying my laptop I made it very clear to the employee I needed it to run ArcGIS, so im 90% sure my hardware isn't the problem. I keep receiving this error message, though I already downloaded the .NET file and the setup launcher... am I missing something/where can I go irl to get help with this lol

Do you try to run Arcgis Pro? You can check your laptop's resources here : https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm

As previously mentioned, we would need an error message to really be able to help!

However, I am going to go out on a limb and guess that you are getting an error like this when you are installing it: ArcGIS Pro requires Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime (x64).

In which case you will need to install the latest Microsoft .NET Runtime: .NET Downloads (Linux, macOS, and Windows) (microsoft.com)
