Adding ArcGIS Server web service with metadata

Hi,

I am trying to add ArcGIS Server web service item from ESRI REST Endpoint resource(https://environment.data.gov.uk/arcgis/rest/services/EA/AdminBoundWaterManagementAreas/MapServer) so it can added to my content on AGOL for easier sharing within the organisation. The item is being created with no issues and I can see all the data however, it does not come with detailed metadata about this dataset.

I have been trying to look for a solution with no success. At this point I am unsure if there is a way to obtain the metadata from this REST service, or perhaps the only way that remains is to manually populate the metadata for this item.

The dataset I have been trying to add is this open source dataset: Defra Data Services Platform.

My question is: Is it possible to obtain a detailed metadata(such as detailed summary, description, terms of use) from this source or should it be populated manually?
