One of the only ways I could find to do this was to put it into a geopackage and upload it to ArcGIS online that way. However, when I try to view that layer, it appears blank, and it never actually adds itself to the map as a layer, even when I try to add it manually. I know that there is not an issue with the geopackage, because after I redownload it from online, it opens up and works perfectly.
