Can no longer publish feature layers to ArcGIS Online - empty data schemas

I am an administrator for an ArcGIS Online site. As of yesterday, I can no longer publish feature layers from either ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro to the ArcGIS online site that contain data. The feature layers publish without either, however when I look at the feature layer on ArcGIS Online, there is no data, just the schema. I have tried multiple different datasets, all with the same result. Any ideas?

Can you please share the following details:

Are you trying to publish a single or multiple layers as a hosted feature service.
What's the data source from which you are trying to publish like shapefile, FileGDB or Enterprise GDB.
What happens if your try to publish template data located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.x\TemplateData

Hope this can narrow down the issue.

Hi wizgis

The issue resolved itself in February. However, it has started again. I cannot publish any data as a feature layer to ArcGIS Online. The schema gets published, but with no data. I can publish a tiled layer with data. Any thoughts?

I am published feature classes with related tables in a FileGDB.

In order to narrow down the issue may I know:

What happens when you publish a feature service without any related records, just publish a single feature class to ArcGIS Online.
What happens if you try to publish the feature service by uploading zipped File GDB in ArcGIS Online.

We had a ArcGIS Online issues for a few hours across multiple sites. It is back to normal now.
