Entire Database Cleared after Editing Template

I had a database that was 15,000 points with ~22,000 attachments on it on ArcGIS Online. After editing the display name for a template, all of the data was cleared and cannot be displayed on any map, nor can the data/fields section for the layer be viewed:

I do have views of this feature layer, and they all work normally. I can view their data just fine and that all shows on the map. I have also noticed that I am unable to create replica of this layer now.

I do have backup files, but they are a few weeks old at this point, and losing progress is never fun.

Have you tried to Export Data on the Item details page for one of the Views? That would give you a more current copy of the data that you could use to overwrite the existing feature service if needed.

Another suggestion from this article is to try clearing the browser cache in case that is preventing you from opening the feature layer.
