Web Layer Feature Class Label format changes not reflected when "Create View"?

I'm not sure I have the best words to describe what seems like a simple problem, but I will try. I have a web layer in a web map that has about 5 feature classes. I didn't like how one of the feature classes labels looked. I made edits to the labels in ArcGIS Online in the webmap. I liked how it looked. I then wanted to make the map publicly available, so I needed to make a "view only" copy. I went to the weblayer and selected "Create View". The problem is that the format changes to the label are not reflected in the new view layer. So I don't want that to be the publicly shared version. What do I need to do to keep the labels looking the way I want them to when using Create View?

When you make those changes in Map Viewer make sure you are saving the label changes back to the layer item before creating the view layer.
