cors problem while adding a new item as url (wms) in Portal

hello,

i have to create a new item as url in Portal (10.9.1) this a wms map service .

i have added a trusted server corresponding to this url.

but while adding it, i get following error:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://basemap.de/dienste/wms_capabilities_web_raster.xml?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities' from origin 'https://xxxx' has been blocked by CORS policy: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute.

Any idea what to do in order to be able to add this url? it's really an urgent issue for me and i will be grateful for every indication/support.

I'm having the same issue when I attempt to add a WMS server to my map. The wms domain is already configurated in the Allowed Origins list
