However, I am trying to create a notification only when a new feature overlaps with an existing geography in another layer. The use case is that I have our companies active service regions on one layer and FEMA alerts on another layer. I would like to be able to send out notifications when these overlap. Does anyone know if this is possible? Has anyone done something similar or know if this is possible?
