Added Expression does not appear in Arcade Popup

I am learning Arcade. I am using Map Viewer. In Pop Ups - Attribute Expression - Add Expression, I created a basic Arcade expression:

Upper($feature.FACILITYCITY)

In the point layer I am using, when I click on a point all the City Names in the pop up's Facility City field should be ALL CAPS. But, the pop up still shows the values in this field as Proper.

Any ideas on what I am missing?

Creating the expression is part of it, but your popup needs to then reference the expression. I would guess your popup is still referencing the unmodified field? The expression you create can be referenced as {expression/expr1} or something like that. Open up the field configuration and see if the new expression is being used or not.

How do I reference the expression in Map Viewer, where is the field configuration?
