I found the that your problem with WFS feed in ArcGIS Pro can be fixed by changing the x/y axis order as explained at this link.

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/services/use-wfs-services.htmI don't readily see an answer for ArcMap.

I am trying to publish a WFS from a feature layer that I published to my enterprise portal. There are 3 grids in the feature layer and one of the grids gets cutoff every time I publish the WFS. The grid that gets cut off has the smallest cell size and contains more data so I'm guessing that this might be the problem. Is there any solution to this? The little grid at the bottom of the attached photo is supposed to have the same extent as the other two grids but is being significantly cutoff.
