Dynamically symbolize polygons based on number of points within

I have a survey123, where users can create points. I would like to build a web map that can show dynamic symbolization of polygons, based on count of those points within each polygon. I tried to look into Arcade symbolization, but it seems you can't access other layers on a map for symbology.

And I think field calculation using Arcade isn't dynamic? Since the number of points changes, as more users submit points.

I tried looking into AGOL spatial join features as well, but that also doesn't seem to be dynamic. It's only dynamic if it's an attribute join.

Would there be any other way to achieve this? Just reaching out to @XanderBakker as well for any help. Thanks!
