Maps without offline enabled are still offline maps in Collector and Field Maps.

I have turned off the offline enabled option and removed all offline areas from a map (and then waited almost a week) Both mobile viewers still prompt me to download an offline area.

Is there something that sticks once a map mas been offline enabled that can't go back?

Also anyway to work with an offline enabled map but be online while you do it? I won't always need to use the offline option.
