a new creator account, cant see uploaded layers

I had a free account and just purchased a creator account.

layers that I uploaded are not shown on the maps.

it is like they are there, but the process of upload to see them is stuck,

if i open their tables i see 250 entities on the header but none of them are shown as lines on the table that is empty.

I tried uploading to my other account and everything looks good.

the problem is in the account.

maybe it is not activated in ESRI?

@ESHKOLYOSH When you view the data in the Data tab, is there an error?
