Can I add a collaborator to a Group? Single License Nonprofit User.

Hello!

My organization is working on a project in ArcGIS Online. We are collaborating with another, much larger organization with many ESRI licenses. We have a non-profit, single-user license. Is there a way we can invite the user from the other organization to ours, via a Group or otherwise, so we can collaborate on this project? Due to our organization having just the single-user license, we seem to be unable to invite anybody as a Member or via a Group. Does anybody have a work around for this?

Hi @SimonRucker it is not possible to create shared update groups for external contractors. The workflow you need to do is set up a partnered collaboration:
