Cannot duplicate a feature layer within web map using new Map Viewer while in Chrome

I have a web map originally created in Map Viewer Classic. I moved it to the new Map Viewer.

I have a feature layer with 11,065 points.

While working on a web map in new Map Viewer I cannot get the layer to duplicate in Chrome.

However, if I go to Edge, as my screen shot shows, the copy works fine. All formatting and arcade scripts came along.

I am working in Chrome Version 104.0.5112.81 and Edge Version 104.0.1293.54.

I would've guessed a "number of features" restriction, but then why the Chrome/Edge difference?

Thank you for any thoughts (and yes, I can open the saved Edge map in Chrome with apparently no issues), but I remain curious,

can you share the map? I cannot repro this with the same version of Chrome.

Hi Russell - thanks for the quick response. Alas, the data isn't public... I will need to touch base with the program's director about that. Hopefully I can strip out some of the attributes from the layer and then send it along.
