Layer cannot be added to AGOL map?

Hello,

I have had a few maps active for about 2 months on AGOL, and all of the sudden some of the layers are not adding. I get a pop-up message like in the attached image telling me a layer cannot be added. I don't think I have changed anything. I first realized this when opening a storymap using these maps and random features would be missing. Any advice would be good, and I am on a time crunch to finish these maps.

Also try clearing the cache on your browser. This fixed it for me.
