topic Duplicate records when using Import Incidents in Crime Analysis in ArcGIS Online Questions

Hello,

Around 2 weeks ago, I re-created a crime map that I provide to the public. I set up a process in Task Scheduler to pull the data and import it to a feature layer in Arc Online and then to a Feature View Layer. It has been running as it should for the past 2 weeks. Yesterday, for some reason the import started duplicating records. The data locally is fine with no duplicates. Just the online feature layer and view layer have duplicates. When I created the query layer, I selected the field for the unique identifier, an ID field in SQL, so there are no duplicate numbers. When I run Import Incidents I use the ID field as the matching field when updating records.

Below is a screenshot of my Update Features With Incident Records process. Should I be using Update Only Matching Features?

** Edit after going through the data it appears it is duplicating all data multiple times.
