Web Application screening tool clears search source settings.

I have created a web application (identical to another one I have but different map). the screening tool I have set up keeps clearing all search source settings when I hit ok. I am not sure why. I thought at first maybe it was because the layers I added were monsters, so I selected something that loads faster, but that cleared out of there too. As a result no option to type in an ID comes up, even though I have the option selected in the tool for place name. It works find in my other web app so I am unsure why it is doing this. I even tried creating a new screening tool and it did the same thing.

My application is in my account and the data being used is from my organization and public. I am hoping I do not have to do the web app from scratch, maybe I just have to wait a day as sometimes things are just glitchy?
