Error 1272 when publishing feature service (code =90)

I'm trying to publish a feature service using our SQL Server enterprise database 2008 R2 to our ArcGIS Server v10.2.1, that will then be consumed on AGO, running ArcMap advanced 10.2.1a and keep getting the following error . The only Analyzer errors I'm getting is one for not having a template and a couple for having ArcFM com objects, which is normal for us running ArcFM. I'm logged into the server and the map with a connection that has privileges to edit. I can publish map services, and have been for some time now, without any problems. Our GIS Server is behind and firewall and we're using WebAdapter to port the data to AGO. Also, don't see anything about it in the Event Viewer logs.

Any help resolving this or pointing me to error codes would be great!
