ArcGIS Online - new Web Map Viewer does not read WMS correctly

Hello everybody!

I want to displays WMS layer (OGC standard) into new environments (ArcGIS onlline - Map Viewer), but pop up not looks well.

Map Viever expecting some reson this:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 27 at column 177: EntityRef: expecting ';'

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

And text below is not correctly unformatting also, HTML data. In the Map Viewer Classic works!

I readed WMS OGC documentation, I tried to test some custom parameters but I still not found solution.

Do you have any idea?
