WMTS error adding layer

Trying to add this WMTS layer. It worked before and now it gives me the same error

The WMTS service, https://maps.georeferencer.com/georeferences/a1154809-bc6c-54bf-848a-6bb6e6b05949/2017-03-23T01:10:00.114573Z/wmts?key=7mpMyvVWHHnbOUoYGbjU, can't be added to the map. It's either not available or you have entered an invalid URL for the type of layer you want to reference.

I am also facing same issue but not found any solution even on youtube.

I experienced the same error just yesterday, before that it was perfectly fine.
