Cannot connect to ArcGIS Online GIS Server

I am having an issue connecting to the ArcGIS Online web services GIS Server. It is my understanding that All I need to do is Click "Add ArcGIS Server" --> "Use GIS Services", enter in the URL http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services and click finish. However, when I try to do that I neep getting the message "Internet Address, User, and Password must be entered". I believe that I don't need to enter any information in at this point, but I have tried using my esri Global Account to sign in as well with no luck. My primary goal is to use the ArcGIS Online Geocoding services in ArcMap, which I have been able to do before. However, right now only the MGRS (Millitary Grid Reference System) is available to me.

The steps you describe are correct.

Thanks for the response. I tried your suggestion. Unfortunately the suggestion did not work. Any other ideas why?
