Can't create histogram in new map viewer

Hi, I am trying to create a histogram using the Chart widget in new map viewer, but I got the error of "No features are available to calculate statistics". The input feature layer is a map service. I can use this service to create histogram and all charts in ArcPro. And I can also use this layer to create all other charts in new map viewer, except histogram. Could someone help with solving this problem please? Thanks!

Hi @QianLei,

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, Map Viewer charts do not currently support map image layers. We are working to support map image layers in the future, but for now those layers should have been entirely unavailable for charting.
