Error when viewing the map using a short link (Access for everyone)

After the web map is published, other users cannot view it. When clicking on a short link, the created layers are not displayed. Access for everyone is enabled. The error occurs in the new version of Map Viewer.

Hi @geokvantumvrn ,

Do they get any error message or anything?

Is your webmap shared with a specific group or everyone?

Your webmap and operational layers need the same grants/permissions.

When opening the map, the message "Failed to add a layer"

Webmap shared - everyone

Layers are added as a Sketch. How do I save them and add shared access? There is no such possibility in the new version of Map Viewer.
