Shape file in zipped folder

I downloaded a shapefile which is in a zipped folder. But I am unable to locate the shapefile in it. All other files are there such as prj. I need this shapefile to add into ArcGIS to view it.

Could someone help me with this?

Is it available for download somewhere? Otherwise no one can help if you just have what is in your image

I downloaded it from the above link, the shp files are there.

I tried downloading that data and it was taking too long for me. If you've downloaded it, expand your file explorer columns to show the extension. Using the word 'beta' in a website name is a red flag to me....

Thank you for this. I am not able to see the shapefile all other files are there. Is something is distracting when it downloads like adobe? I have adobe.
