Adding WMTS: Service '' does not exist or is inaccessible.

Hi,

I have an WMTS service that is being read correctly in OpenLayers, but I can't add it to ArcGIS Online (Add item from the Web > WMTS(OGC) 😞

URL:

results in: Service '' does not exist or is inaccessible.

The xml content seems fine:

curl https://datacube.cefas.co.uk/xcube/wmts/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml

Am I not specifying the URL correctly?
