Pop-up not appearing fully

I've built an app in webapp builder and the pop-up works fine, showing all the data etc (attached 1 - desktop), but for my laptop, for some reason, it compresses the box into a strip (attached 2 - laptop) and then opens the box full-screen, effectively hiding the features it relates to. What can I do to, at the very least, not have the box open full screen?

@SimonCrutchley on your laptop, reduce the zoom of your browser, open a new popup and it should be fine.
