Some labels not working after September 2021 Update

Some feature layers are not displaying labels in a map after the September 2021 AGOL update. I can get these same layers to show labels correctly if I create a new map. Simple example photo showing no label attached. I will create a new map, but am not looking forward to redoing all the popup custom expressions and customization for all layers in the map. Map contains no label filters and zoomed in enough for visible range.

Any Ideas?

Hi @GregHelzerman_2 are you able to also share a web map that shows the issue? I would recommend contacting Esri Support on this one to see if they can create a reproducible case. Let me know and I can get a Support case started for you.
