Can I create a live sync between excel and ArcGIS Online?

I am trying to find a way to create a live sync between an excel sheet and ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro. Is that possible?

For example, if I add a lat/long in an excel sheet, I want the linked map to automatically show that new location.

Another example is if I add parcel information in the excel sheet. I want the linked map to automatically update its attribute table.

@Anonymous User the answer is unfortunately no. You can only do it programmatically.
