Remove Feature Layer Name from Legend in Map Viewer

How can I remove the name of the Feature Layer 'Doses' from the legend? I'm using the new Map Viewer. I know you go the the pop-up menu to change the field name 'SHOT_DOSE'.

As a bonus I'd like to even remove the word 'Legend' from the legend. It's kind of obvious.

I just posted a similar post asking about this. What I know is that, if your classification method is Unique Values, you can remove the class name in ArcGIS Pro (highlighted text box), and then the class name will not show up in Classic Map Viewer.

For the new Map Viewer, this method doesn't seem to work. Also, for other classification method, this method doesn't seem to work.
