Web Map Scale Issues

Hello,

I'm pretty new to all of this so I apologize if there is an obvious solution. I created a simple map of some routes and tried publishing as a web map, when I look at the map online, I cannot see the routes in detail, they are very blurry. I assume this is an issue with the scale of something, but I am lost with how to fix the issue. Here are some screenshots of what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure I see what you mean by blurry, the route looks ok tbh. Can you screenshot something more zoomed-in to illustrate that?

Although that shouldn't be the case for a vector, even with projection issues, is this some rasterized route or something?

Also what is the projection of the basemap and the projection of the data? That is the likely cause.
