Crowdsource Web App Error

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a crowdsource web application with editable layers. I've created the web app, web maps, and shareable (editable) feature classes. I've also created a new group and made sure all of the items listed above are shared with the new group. However, whenever I attempt to view the crowdsource application I receive this error message.

"Configured group is invalid or no items have been shared with this group yet."

But, I've made sure that every item is shared so I'm not sure why I'm still getting this error message?

I'd appreciate any help.

Have you checked all probables here Error: Configured group is invalid or no items have been shared with this group yet .

A few other things to try:

1. Check with different browsers. or clearing browser cache/cookies.

2. Uncheck Sharing of all the items. Save it. Share again with group (and everyone).

I've tried all of these fixes, but it still says that is is invalid.
