Heat map using only locations in new Map viewer

I am trying to create a heat map using only point locations, in new AGOL Map viewer. But I have to choose an attribute, before the heat map option is available under the symbology settings.

Is there any way to create a heat map which only uses point locations?

I am able to change without attribute.

Sometimes, you may need to zoom in/out for the change to reflect on the map.

How does your Style Pane looks like (screenshot)?

Thank you for letting you know that it works for you.

I have tried again, to remove the attribute, and now for the first time it worked. I didn't get the messege "The layer is not providing enough info....". Even though I have tried to zoom in and out previously, as you suggested.

Problem solved 🙂
