Public webmap still asks to authenticate

Made this Public map from CSV file:

but map still asking viewers to authenticate, why is that?

If the layers in your map are shared publicly and the map is, too, it's more than likely coming from the basemaps.

Its a topographic ESRI basemap, how do you fo this? "The web map automatically selects the show developer base maps options w¿hich creates the problem. once you turn it off and save the problem goes away. "
