Dashboards App not displaying filtered items

The zoom and pan actions are not triggered when selecting an item from the filters on the dashboards app. All the data updates, but the map remains static. Anyone else having this issue? It worked fine until this morning.

Can you give some details on the layers in the map? I have seen this sort of behavior with Map Image services.

Also, do you have a link to the dashboard, if it's public? That could be helpful in diagnosing issues.

Hi Josh,

Unfortunately, the map is not public. The layer is a vector layer containing some building outlines. This never happens to us before, but looks like it has been a temporary glitch as it is now working fine.
