Fixed Label Size

How do i set a Label to a fixed size? I want a label to have a specific 20m height and not scale when i zoom in and out and also to print out to that fixed size. Thanks

Hi @VictoriaHann I'm not sure what product you're using (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online?) but you could look at setting a reference scale: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/properties/map-reference-scales.htm or converting your labels to annotation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/text/converting-labels-to-annotation.htm
