error when adding item (CSV file) - Error: There was an error publishing the service.

Hi all,

I am trying to add an item into the content section and I get an error (There was an error publishing the service.).

It is so frustrating as I usually use python to develop maps and I decided to have an account with Esri. So far, it seems that using this service is useless and I am so frustrated.

Please, any help is appreciated. I sent a complaint to technical support already.

How many records are there in the CSV?

Could you share a sample CSV (include the header with 3-5 rows) for our reference?

Now it is working but I still do not know why I was getting the error.

I attach the CSV file to this message. It is data on covid 19.
