    <description>&lt;P&gt;How can i set up a hosted layer to my needs I want only a group of admin users to be have all rights, whereas the field worker to be able to add picture to existing feature and to edit the features attributes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont really understand where in the process I can change this? Any advice? I must publish the layer as a editable layer, is this something i controll with groups?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
