Hosted Feature Layer View not honoring Editing Capabilites

I have been creating hosted feature layer views from our master layer no problem for a while. Last week I tried to create another view for a different line of work and for some reason the editing capabilites won' turn on for that specific view. I have the editing turned on at the View's Settings and in the pop up on the Visualization tab but when I add the new view to a map it doesn't honor those settings. Any ideas?

Hi, were you able to resolve this issue? We are currently experiencing the same problem.

Honestly, we just republished and that seemed to fix it. I have also notice that checking the Extent of your layers and map on the Settings tab tends to help.
