Snapping Options Available?

Hello, I have been using ArcGIS Explorer Online as well as ArcGIS.com Map Viewer to access my Web maps and features services and was wondering if there is any way to snap to features in either of these viewers? I do not see any documentation nor any discussions in this forum regarding this issue.

In the map viewer of ArcGIS.com, if you hold down the CTRL key, it will snap. Snapping only occurs with map notes layers and feature services. We don't snap to features in map services because map services are drawn as images.

Hello,

I can snap to feature services in my AGOO maps, but it doesn't work in the app I created from the map. Am I missing something?
