topic Two separate time sliders in ArcGIS Online Questions

I have two datasets that contain temporal data. For one dataset, I need to progressively display all data over time. For the other dataset, I need to only display the data in the current time interval. However, the configure time settings only allows me to choose one option for my time slider. Does anyone know how to either choose both options or create two separate time sliders (one for each layer)?

I need something similar, separate time sliders for two different layers on one map. One map layer, displaying widespread conditions over areas, needs to display only one week at a time. The other, with crowdsourced point data showing how those conditions affected people, should be a "normal" time slider.
