Feature service buffer analysis issue

I have a student trying to create buffers around points in this feature service in AGOL:

https://services9.arcgis.com/RHVPKKiFTONKtxq3/arcgis/rest/services/NOAA_storm_reports_v1/FeatureServer

The tool runs but the buffers do not show up and the table is blank. I can't be sure, but I think this is due to permissions set or web authentication issues.

Any help is appreciated!

Have you tried the developer tools to see what error comes up?
