Why can't I offset a mesh scene layer by a decimal amount in the scene viewer?

Hi there,

I have a mesh scene layer that I want to vertically offset by 1.17m.

I cannot offset by a non-integer amount. Why is this, and is there a plan to improve this? Often we have slpks that have been created in a local vertical datum that need to be offset to align with a national vertical datum, and limiting the vertical offset to integers is pretty annoying.
